Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the ARWIX platform and associated services.

The full Terms of Service for ARWIX are currently being finalized for general availability. Enterprise clients receive service terms as part of their contractual agreements. If you have questions, please contact us directly.
Platform Access
Access to the ARWIX platform is granted to authorized users as defined by client program agreements. Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or use outside the scope of authorized program purposes is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
Users may access the ARWIX platform only for the purpose of participating in authorized relocation programs. Any use that circumvents access controls, violates applicable law, or compromises the integrity of program data is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
The ARWIX platform, including all software, workflows, interfaces, and content, remains the intellectual property of ARWIX. No license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works is granted outside of written agreement.
Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise clients operate under separate contractual terms that govern service levels, data handling, and support obligations. These public terms supplement but do not supersede those agreements.
